The camp was organized by Stuart Corrigal and led by Shihan Taichiro Sugimura.&nbsp;85 IKO Canadian members participated.&nbsp; Training covered all aspects of Kyokushin including Kihon, Ido, Kata, Bunkai, Kumite, Goshin Jitsu&nbsp; and Happo-No-Kuzushi. The camp was the first step for those grading for IKO Black Belts in 2025.&nbsp; Tameshiwari and a fitness&nbsp;test was conducted for all dan candidates.Osu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
