Shihan Katsuhito Gorai officiated the championships assisted by Shihan Jacek Czerniec. Approximately 100 participants from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Iran, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and Finland, enjoyed kata and kumite competitions. IKO Judge Seminar was conducted a day before championships, and IKO Training Seminar was held on September 17<\/span><sup style=\", serif\">th<\/sup><span style=\", serif;font-size: 12pt\">. This championship was the 1st&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\", serif;font-size: 12pt\">&nbsp;major championship in Scandinavia area to develop IKO Northern Europe.
