IKO Honbu Spring Dan Test Application Form
IKO Honbu Spring Dan Examination will be held on March 10, 2013
at Ichigkei Plaza in Honbu Ebisu Dojo in Tokyo.
The test start from 12:30 PM.
IKO members who wish to take test and need VISA assistance, use the designated form to apply. Please note that application form must be sent via qualified BC/DOP by e-mail to honbu@kyokushinkaikan.org
