IKO Costa Rica Seminar

IKO Costa Rica Seminar was held from November 17th to 19th at San Jose, organized by IKO Costa Rica Branch Chief Sensei Erik Goldberg. Sensei Djema Belkhodja from Paris, France was the guest instructor. Sensei Belkhodja covered fighting techniques under new kumite rules, stamina and conditioning methods. More than 60 students participated in the seminar and were very impressed with Sensei Belkhodja’s technique and humility.
