Winter Camp in Perm, Russia

A Winter Camp was held in Perm, Russia from February 22nd thur 25th organized by Branch Chief Shihan Alexander Alymov. Sensei Masafumi Tagahara was the guest instructor from Japan. 240 members participated the camp and 119 took the Dan & Kyu test.
